This year Allflex launched the new highly versatile A-Tag and it now comes in an Angus version. In the signature lime green colour which Angus is known for, this one-piece dangle tag is designed for long-term identification.
Benefits of the A-Tag:
- easy one-piece application
- self piercing pinhole tip reduces animal stress with faster healing after application
- longer tag anchor means higher retention in animals with thicker ears
- requires the Allflex one-piece applicator or a Zee tag applicator for quick and easy application
A-Tags are available in bags of 25 in either a cow size (3” x 4.5”) or calf size (2.5” x 3.875”). The cost of the cow size tags is $30/bag and the calf size is $25/bag. Tags can be custom numbered and prices will vary. Contact Cheryl or Julia for more information.
